1.3 Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays shall be processed on the next working day.
2. Shipping Coverage
2.1 HOMIBOSS delivers products across India through third-party logistics and courier partners.
2.2 Delivery serviceability is subject to courier network availability and pin-code coverage.
3. Estimated Delivery Timeline
3.1 Estimated delivery timelines displayed on the website are indicative only and do not constitute a binding commitment.
3.2 Delivery timelines may vary based on location, product type, logistics constraints, or unforeseen circumstances.
3.3 HOMIBOSS shall not be held liable for delays caused by factors beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, government restrictions, or courier delays.
4. Shipping Charges
4.1 Shipping charges, if applicable, shall be displayed at checkout or communicated prior to order confirmation.
4.2 Any additional charges arising due to remote area delivery, re-delivery attempts, or incorrect address details shall be borne by the customer.
5. Dispatch & Risk Transfer
5.1 Products shall be deemed dispatched once handed over to the logistics partner.
5.2 Risk of loss, damage, or delay shall transfer to the customer upon dispatch of the product.
6. Delivery Acceptance

6.2 Any visible damage, tampering, or discrepancy must be reported to the delivery personnel and to HOMIBOSS customer support within 24 hours of receipt.
6.3 Failure to report damage within the stipulated timeframe may result in rejection of claims.

7.1 Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery details.
7.2 HOMIBOSS shall not be liable for delays, losses, or additional costs arising due to incorrect or incomplete address information.
8. Failed Delivery Attempts
8.1 In case of unsuccessful delivery attempts due to customer unavailability or incorrect details, re-delivery may be arranged at the customer’s expense.
8.2 Orders returned to origin due to failed delivery attempts may be cancelled or re-shipped as per company discretion.
9. Force Majeure
HOMIBOSS shall not be held responsible for delays or failure in delivery due to events beyond its control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural calamities, pandemics, governmental actions, or transportation disruptions.
