This Return Policy governs all return, replacement, and exchange requests for products purchased from HOMIBOSS (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By placing an order on our website, the customer (“you”) agrees to the terms stated herein.
1. Eligibility for Returns
1.1 Returns are accepted only in cases of manufacturing defects, damaged products, or incorrect items delivered.
1.2 The customer must notify HOMIBOSS within 48 hours of product delivery to be eligible for a return request.
1.3 Return requests submitted beyond the stipulated timeline shall not be entertained.
2. Non-Returnable Conditions
Returns shall not be accepted in the following cases:

3. Return Request Procedure
3.1 To initiate a return, customers must contact HOMIBOSS customer support with:

Order ID / Invoice copy

Clear photographs or video evidence of the issue

Description of the defect or discrepancy
3.2 All return requests are subject to inspection and approval by HOMIBOSS.
4. Exchange & Replacement
4.1 Approved returns may be eligible for exchange or replacement, at the sole discretion of the Company.
4.2 Replacement shall be processed only after the returned product passes quality inspection.
4.3 One-side transportation charges shall be borne by the customer in cases of approved exchanges under warranty.
5. Refund Policy
5.1 Refunds shall be issued only if replacement or exchange is not feasible.
5.2 Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 working days, subject to banking timelines.
5.3 Shipping or handling charges, if any, are non-refundable.
6. Product Condition for Return
6.1 Products must be returned in original condition, unused, unassembled, and in original packaging with all accessories and documentation.
6.2 Products failing to meet return condition requirements may be rejected.
7. Damaged or Tampered Deliveries
7.1 Customers must inspect the package at the time of delivery.
7.2 Any visible damage or tampering must be reported immediately to the delivery partner and to HOMIBOSS within 24 hours of delivery.
7.3 Claims raised after acceptance of delivery without remarks may not be accepted.
8. Limitation of Liability
HOMIBOSS shall not be liable for incidental, indirect, or consequential damages arising from return or replacement processes.
9. Amendments to Policy
HOMIBOSS reserves the right to amend this Return Policy at any time without prior notice.
Updated policies shall be effective immediately upon posting on the website.
