7.1 Products sold by HOMIBOSS are covered under a 6-month exchange warranty against manufacturing defects.
7.2 Warranty claims require submission of order details, photographs, and/or video evidence of the defect.
7.3 Warranty does not cover:
a) Damage caused by misuse, mishandling, improper assembly, or modifications
b) Normal wear and tear
c) Damage due to water, fire, or external impact
7.4 In case of warranty-approved replacement, one-side transportation charges shall be payable by the customer.
7.5 Approval of returns/exchanges is subject to inspection by the Company.
