Founder Story

🌱 From Village Roots to Startup Dreams — My Homiboss Founder  Journey 🚀

He grew up in a small village where classrooms had chalkboards and wooden benches, and the horizon felt limited. After graduating in Geography & Military Science from a college 38 km away, I went on to do an MBA (2018). Those years widened my view — I met people with big ideas and realized life didn’t have to mean only a “secure job.”

I worked in banks and private firms. The stability was real — the satisfaction wasn’t. I felt like I was building someone else’s dream. So in 2020 I took a leap and launched HOMIBOSS — a brand focused on home & office furniture with a simple promise: better quality, fair price, directly from factory to customer.

Then COVID hit. Factories closed, supply chains broke, and doubt crept in. There were nights I thought of quitting. But I believed that struggles are temporary and dreams are permanent. In 2022 we restarted — slowly, deliberately — and rebuilt with clarity and grit.
